"We have been customers for probably 35 years, ever since F.M. Berkheimer himself came out to clear a condensate line on a Saturday night in the middle of a heavy thunderstorm. That level of service shaped the company that exists today. Your employees, from office staff to salesmen to technicians, have been without exception friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They are all willing to go above and beyond. As long-time customers, we have never had an experience that was less than excellent. The technicians who did our recent heat pump install followed that same pattern. They were a well-oiled team, each efficiently taking care of their area of responsibility to achieve the final product. They took the time to listen to our questions and adapt the system to fit our needs. When they finished, they left no sign that they’d ever been in our home. And I should add that the price was very reasonable. For anyone who has any type of AC or heating needs, I highly recommend that you contact F.M. Berkheimer. You will not be disappointed."
