He explained a lot of things in a way I could understand and didn't know before. He followed up the next day and answered some more questions. Tony had been introduced to me by Carlos, on the AC side, as being a very experienced plumber. Both gentlemen were most customer-centric and helped with my concerns, made me feel valued as a customer, and tried to ensure that I understood.
