" John came to the house, listened to our description of the problem, and explained options. He arranged with the owner to have the excavation crew come the same day. They showed up less than 2 hours later and got right to work. John came back to do interior work with Fred, told us we needed a new washer connex and check valve to prevent backup water from coming back in, and installed them. Vito and Larry showed a pipe with root infiltration in 2 places and Vito put the camera in line to show the Clay pipe mostly clear from approx. 2ft. from the road to dip into a main sewer line. He said they would share the video and pix of work. Larry even acted as a translator when they had to dig a bit into a neighbor's property.
