When Luis came to our home on June 6, we were impressed by his explanation of the replacement process, level of knowledge, and up front about the 3 estimates we would receive from Burkholder's (Good, Better, Best). We had never gone through an AC installation, as the house was retrofitted with the unit when we bought the house. It was a big learning curve for us on home air conditioners. Luis really helped by indicating we could continue to use our existing system and explained what to watch out for. He assured my husband and me that we could safely run the unit in a limited way, which is something the existing servicing company did not tell us.
