"Joe in sales was great! He explained everything in detail about the capabilities of the unit and what I could expect from it. The installers were great. They didn't even care that I asked a hundred questions while they were here (LOL). They happily answered all of them in great detail. They also cleaned up what little mess there was, before they left. Everyone from the company was great and super friendly. Right down to the nice people in the office. They also took their time to explain everything in depth. "
