"Although I thought my unit was operating well, the technician was very thorough when showing me that the heat exchanger was damaged and explained what would be involved to replace that part. He also explained the possibility of carbon monoxide, and then I decided to opt for a new unit. The salesman came and was very professional and thorough, and we reviewed the different options. And I selected the unit that best met my needs. The following day, the unit was installed by Kelly and his co-worker, who did a great job. All the staff that came from the initial service man the salesperson, and the installers are a credit to Signature. Although it wasn't a purchase I was planning on, I am glad I have a unit I know will be reliable for years to come! "
