Signature sent over a representative, who matched a competitor's price and far exceeded what they were offering as a warranty. After agreeing to the contract, I was told that the unit could be installed the next day. Considering how cold it had been in my house, that was a real plus. Michael and his crew did a great job. They arrived on time, and after a few minutes orienting them to the furnace's location and breaker box location, they were on their way. They all wore shoe covers and carefully laid protective floor coverings for their work. Michael and the entire crew were friendly and knowledgeable. They were also clearly dog lovers, as my two critters were quite interested in what was going on. The installation was done cleanly and checked thoroughly. The cleanup was complete.
