"The support has been strong and appreciated. We had some issues with the Vanguard engines. I called Larry and Steve to report the problem. Within a day we had two new carburetors delivered to our office. We also had a valve handle configured issue and again over the phone we were able to resolve the problem and continue using the equipment. Our clients are impressed with and one of our clients climbed down into a grease interceptor to service it and was blown away by how clean the line was when we used the hot water system.
