"My salesperson was Ted and he was great at explaining the entire process. He did a great evaluation of the old HVAC system, and then explained the benefits of getting a new system. I am still considering part of his recommendation to have a split unit put in the front of the house. If I do decide to go that route, I will definitely be using Jansen. Ted also took the time to follow up with me and make sure that everything was working smoothly. I had to laugh because the new system is so quiet, I have to go put my hand by a vent to see if it is running! Ha! The installers, Dave and Justin were very nice and extremely courteous while installing. There was one other guy who was on site as well, but I can't remember his name. I especially appreciate the work they did to clean up after the installation and to make the outside unit look nice in front of the house. Finally, I had a guy named Devin out to service my old unit, before I purchased the new unit. He was very nice and professional as well. The whole process was relatively painless and went very smoothly. Thanks to the whole Jansen team!"
