"The initial call was handled very quickly and a technician was dispatched within 24 hours on a Friday. After diagnosing that my old unit was incapable of being adequately repaired, a new unit was installed on Monday. The salesperson even helped me to secure financing for this new unit. A wall repair crew was sent the day after the installation to fix a very small hole needed for the new wiring of the thermostat. I am very impressed with this installation.
