The technician diagnosed our problems and gave realistic expectations on the repair, which led us to decide to purchase a new system. The sales representative was very knowledgeable and helpful in making the decision on which system to get. The installers went above and beyond. They showed up at 9 AM and didn't leave until the system was up and running with testing complete. They also stayed to instruct us on how the new system functioned. The duct cleaning crew performed their service on the same day as well. Overall, an excellent experience. We will continue using Hammond Services in the future and will be keeping a service contract with them also."
