"Outstanding response to our request for a second opinion on a recommendation from a different HVAC service company that we were using at the time. Davis Brothers had a service tech at our house within hours after we first contacted them. The service tech did a thorough evaluation of our old system and provided an excellent, easy-to-understand assessment. He provided cost estimates for three different options to replace the old system that were easy to understand, compare, and choose from. Installation of a new system was carried out the next day by a truly outstanding team of technicians. They were courteous, knowledgeable, and very efficient in installing the new system and cleaning up the work area after installation was complete. The cost for the new system was considerably less than that recommended by the competitor for a similar system manufactured by a different company. We are sold on Davis Brothers, expect that their maintenance service will be at the same high level, and plan to be long-term customers if it is."
