I knew there were issues, just not how bad they were. The other 2 guys dismissed my concerns about the ductwork, said I could get by with just a new unit. Your tech explained to me why that would be a bad idea, and it made sense. The crew that came in for the install was awesome, respectful of the property, and cleaned up after they were done.
