The phone calls are answered promptly and express a genuine concern for the requested service, very upbeat in their voice, making sure all my concerns are addressed. Enjoying the added AC addition to my Florida room and thankful that Ramsey told me that I should keep the sliding glass door from the great room open to facilitate flow. I don't believe it was mentioned during the installation of new ductwork, and it makes perfect sense since there is only one return inside the home. Also want to say the tech who installed the new control did a great job. Ferran has great customer service and employees."
