I researched air conditioner options, received quotes from four providers, and selected Daimion instead of the others, one of which was the provider I have used for the past 35 years. Dave in sales was very thorough, prepared a comprehensive proposal, and answered my follow-on questions. On the day of installation the team discovered mold in my supply trunk, informed me of the options, and I decided to have Daimion install new supply and return trunks to address the mold and other efficiency issues. They bent over backwards to get the ductwork finished enough that we were without heat for only about 36 hours instead of what we thought would be as much as a week, very important in the middle of winter. The installation crew was knowledgeable, neat, and efficient. Overall, a high-quality experience."
