"In a world that has all but given up customer service completely, it is a huge relief to find a company that has the good sense to know that CARING for customers can only be good for business. My HVAC units recently kicked the bucket. So I called. First off let me tell you Mr. Wilson is one of the extremely rare companies that has not bought into doing all communications digitally. A person ALWAYS answers the phone. And an email requesting info gets answered in a day, 2 if the weekend.  Mr. Wilson and his crew took good care of me starting with allowing me to sidestep any high-pressure sales, then temporary A/C delivered by Mr. Wilson himself, till the new unit arrived 10 days later and throughout the removal and installation of the new. My home had been fitted out for a mini-unit tucked into a tight closet over top of my mini-water heater during the building of my home 24 years ago. Wrangling a new mini into that small space was no simple switch-out. The new indoor unit while measurement-wise was a fit, albeit a very tight one, having to ANGLE it in changed the dynamics completely, and so it became a 30-minute very tense wrestling contest in Texas heat nearing 100°.  Admirably, they finally accomplished it. I'm very happy with my new unit, the technicians Danny and Robert who installed it, and the company's quick response to any questions I've had.
