"Our Furnace decided to move on just before receiving 15" of snow. We called for help. The person on the phone tried to get someone out to us that day, but couldn't. She offered to send someone on Sunday, but knowing the weather that was coming, we deferred to Monday. The service person came on Monday, pronounced our Furnace dead, and arranged for a salesperson to come over that afternoon. We had our new furnace installed the next day.
