"Another great experience with On Time Experts! They sent a technician out a few hours after I called. He showed me I had a freon leak and explained my options. I chose to replace the unit because it was 13 years old and not very efficient. I had a virtual meeting with their salesperson who presented several options and answered all my questions. They installed the new unit on Sunday, Father's Day, for no extra cost! I don't know where else you will find that kind of dedicated, professional, and expert service.
