"The office staff is very Polite and Professional, and they always send a technician to my home the same day I call for service. All technicians are very polite and after the service has been completed, they always ask if they can help me such as changing a light bulb or any task that I am unable to reach, they are always very accommodating. The service with "On Time" is awesome. Joey, the technician told me I needed to replace my unit, and I knew he was correct because of the breaker box. Brad was very helpful in arranging financing for the new unit. They made the transition pleasant and comfortable during installation. I've been a customer for years and years.
