"The company staff was excellent. Our first interaction was at Costco with a representative from Rite Way. We were thinking about possibly putting an A/C unit on the garage so the representative set up an appointment the same week to have an expert check out our garage and our current wiring and dimensions. We then had a follow-up e-mail, text, and also a phone call before the expert arrival. Then the day of the appointment the technician/expert arrived on time assessed all the infrastructure and recommended a couple of plans based on the dimensions of the garage and location. "
