"I honestly cannot say a bad thing about Rite Way. Alexis came out and found that the unit was completely shot. I do not live in the same city that my mom did, but I have been so overly impressed with the professionalism, punctuality, and kindness of the employees I have had contact with that I am going to contact Rite Way in the Phoenix area for my home. The quality of work is more than outstanding. Brandon spent at least an hour designing the correct system for the house. He explained everything to me so that I felt confident that I was making the right decision. I am compelled to give my deepest appreciation to Alexis, the tech who came and found the problem, Brandon the project manager, and the installers Robert, Arthur, Marcos, and Raymond who did a phenomenal job with the installation. They were so clean that I couldn't tell they had been there even though they installed a new 4' x 1' air return duct that required drilling and cutting into the drywall. Last but not least was Ben who came and installed the drywall with a smile on his face that made me smile. Let me just say, that the hole that Ben was filling was in the closet where the AC unit is. It is not visible to anyone other than someone who would open that door to replace the filter. Most companies would not offer or even point out that the drywall should be installed for a nicer appearance. I did not request it nor did I expect it. Brandon told me that this hole would be filled in without me even saying a word. I work for a Fortune 500 telecommunications company that emphasizes the importance of customer service and the customer experience. We don't hold a candle to the Rite Way employees.
