"My AC unit died in the midst of a heat wave. They have a 24-hour technician who came out after 9 pm on a Saturday night to inspect the unit. He was able to order and schedule a new unit to be installed on Monday morning. Come Monday, the installation guys came and had it up and running in a few hours. Each person I dealt with was very friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely be calling them again - though hopefully not too soon ;)"
