"Late afternoon/early evening last Friday, I noticed water leaking from our den ceiling. I've used Best Services for plumbing needs in the past. I shut the water off at the meter, called Best Services, and spoke with the technician, John. He coached me through how to better mitigate water damage and said he could come on Saturday morning. John was running a wee bit late; he called and let me know of his new ETA. He arrived and was able to figure out the leak was from an upstairs attic water heater. He was able to shut off the water supply to the water heater and is now scheduled to install a new water heater. We were very pleased with the work John provided and will continue to utilize Best Services for future plumbing needs. Not only was he competent with his technical work; but he was also very communicative with what he was doing as he was working to resolve the issue."
