He did an assessment of my heat pump system and my furnace room in the upper part of my house, and he checked out my outdoor heat pump, and he took a lot of pictures of everything that he thoroughly checked out for me while he was here and from the pictures he took that was sent to my email after his visit, he was very thorough and very knowledgeable about everything that he had checked out while he was at my home. And he was very courteous, and he answered my questions I had for him, so Nick did a very good job with his inspection of my heat pump system and my furnace room in the upper part of my house."
