"EXCELLENT Experience! The heat stopped working on the weekend. Called on Sunday afternoon and had a technician at the house within an hour. Because the furnace was almost 30 years old, parts for repair needed to be ordered. Had a quote for the parts and repair work by 8:30 am on Monday. Elected to look into replacement instead of repair. A sales rep was at my house by 10 am. Reviewed options and pricing and elected to replace not only the furnace but the coil and A/C unit as well. The installation crew arrived at 8 am on Tuesday and completed the entire job by 1:30 pm! HUGE shout out to Ben (the sales rep) for his knowledge, demeanor, and professionalism!
