Tony set the stage for an extremely positive experience and carefully explained everything to me. I appreciated that he didn't just give me a quote, but that he was truly knowledgeable about the hot-water heater and the HVAC system, including what it takes to install each.
Tony never minded my questions and was most gracious when my initial payment accidentally fell short. Furthermore, he was a true gentleman, remaining patient and kind, rather than defensive, when helping me understand the reasons behind what needed to be done. Additionally, his thoughtfulness in putting on shoe covers before entering the common areas of my home was greatly appreciated.
What a blessing that Alec and Dillon were able to come out and put in a new water heater, right away, before I went on a trip! They did such an excellent job of installing my tankless water heater. I could tell that great thought and attention to detail were given to every aspect of their work, including giving the Master Bedroom its distinct connection and installing a new electrical outlet to properly serve the new appliance. Dillon went the extra mile when he noticed my front door knob was loose and took a moment to fasten the screws more securely . . . truly above average!
Nathan joyfully tackled a messy situation with my furnace and air conditioning system, which had not been properly installed in April of 2023.
First of all, on the first day he came out to install the new furnace, he made some necessary adjustments to my hot-water heater to eliminate an exhaust blockage that had occurred and to prevent another blockage from happening in the future. This timely fix kept me from being without hot water for too long.
Nathan truly persevered with my new furnace and my previously installed AC, ensuring that every connection was done correctly. When Elijah joined him, they made a good team, and all of their workmanship, including the new plenum and ductwork, was performed with excellence. They left the work area spotless. Knowing that this installation was done so well has provided incredible peace of mind.
I am extremely pleased with all of the work that was done and am so grateful to know that I now have a local company that will service these important installations in the future.
Last, but certainly not least, the lovely coffee carafe you sent filled with fabulous cookies was the icing on the cake and was such a special treat for me, as I never bake cookies for myself.
