I called to have the HVAC system in my rental repaired prior to having new tenants move. Jimmy came out on Monday morning to do the inspection. As I suspected, I needed a new system. Not what i wanted to hear. Jimmy was wonderful. He took the time to explain everything to me. Even gave an upset old lady a hug. He called and spoke with Lee in his office who was able to work his magic and get me a good price. Brandon and Ruben showed up early this morning and had the new install completed by the afternoon. Great job. Very friendly and patient with this old lady.
