"If I could give 10 Stars for every category, I would. Every interaction we had with A&A was exceptional. April got us scheduled for a technician to come out the day I called. Chris arrived on time and clearly explained our problem and what our options were. Because we had an older home and had numerous leaks, we ended up having to do an entire house reroute of our plumbing. Chris did an excellent job of explaining the entire process, answering all of our questions, and outlining our payment options for such a large, unexpected expense. David and Dave, along with Seth and Evan did an excellent job on all our work. They arrived on time each day and were always clean and neat while doing all their work. Their work was speedy and professional. They gave us continual updates on the project and always informed us if anything unexpected was found. Two of the best compliments came from the electrician and the building inspector who both commented on how A&A had done excellent work and that they had even gone "above and beyond" in several areas where other plumbers might have taken a shortcut. I have already recommended A&A to other family and friends and will definitely call them again if we require any more plumbing work. "
