Once to make a change to the routing of the condensate line, and again to add ducts and diffusers to serve the two bathrooms. Each time, we got fair and reasonable pricing, easy scheduling that was tailored to our availability, excellent craftsmanship, and cleaner spaces than when the techs arrived.
