"The tech that came out to service my A/C was tremendous. The news wasn't good regarding the equipment and I honestly felt like the tech felt worse than I did. He was honest, upfront, and knowledgable and called for, and waited for, pricing from the office for repairs. I told him he could leave since my appointment was squeezed into his day and that I could talk to the office but he insisted it is handled the right way. That is why I am a Hillside customer for life!"
