"Tom did an excellent job with our oil furnace maintenance last Friday, Nov 5th. Our furnace has a couple of added systems (a humidifier and an air purifier); Tom went out of his way to explain those systems to me and patiently answered all of my questions.
He also tested the humidifier, verified that it was not working properly, and gave me a quote for optional future repairs. I have had the furnace maintained numerous times in the past by other companies and Tom is the first technician who has taken the time to check the humidifier and explain its functionality to me. Tom also identified and fixed a minor oil leak and gave me the information that I needed in order to monitor it for future problems.
