"Elijah discovered that the electric wire to the evaporative cooler thermostat had been cut when the roofers installed the new shingled roof last Fall. I was impressed by how he worked at determining the best solution to run the new electric wire, and that he installed a retaining clip on the underside of the eave to keep the water supply line to the cooler from potential damage from wind. He explained clearly the actions he had taken for the installation and demonstrated the functions of the new thermostat. He was very professional and courteous!"
