"My call of distress was late Friday morning, in that one of our two furnaces had gone out. I knew it would be a long, cold weekend. The dispatch was able to get Elijah out to our place that same day. Elijah immediately found the difficulty and that we needed a new valve. The part store verified that they had the part needed; Unfortunately, they close early on Fridays, and thus we would still be in the cold. However, Elijah called his boss and got a space heater to help us out. We also talked about the intermittent behavior of that particular valve part, and so we left the furnace in such a situation that if the old valve kicked in, we would be better off. It did indeed kick in about 3:00 AM Sunday. So only some of our weekend was really cold. Elijah returned as promised on Monday morning with the part got it installed, and cleaned up his mess well within an hour. Excellent work, and I will highly recommend Signature.
