He was pleasant, followed COVID protocols respectfully, and explained everything, including the repair he did to replace my capacitor. Later in the afternoon, my home's carbon monoxide alarm went off, and when I called Coolray and spoke to Tara, she gave thorough advice on contacting the fire department to do a check and even scheduled another technician - Larry - at no cost to come out within an hour and ensure that nothing in my old system had caused the alarm. Luckily there was no issue with my older HVAC system -- just a faulty alarm not connected to the system.
