Mr. Plumber installed the toilet in 2019. We wanted help in getting the problem solved. He immediately was concerned that we were blaming Mr. Plumber for the leak. This is not the case. We have always rec'd good service from Mr. Plumber. If you read his report, it makes no sense. He says no one could tell that the leak came from the toilet. I have photos of the damage. He made a stressful situation even more stressful."
