"Gregory was very nice. He explained to me what was needed to repair my HVAC (heater) and how much it would cost. At first, he said it would be a week for the part to come in. He said he will expedite the request. And the very next day, Coolray called to let me know my part was in and scheduled Gregory to come back out the next day to install it. I was so happy.
