"I felt a connection with Jennifer from the first time I called the office, she explained their service and said she would have someone come out and look at my unit. Manny came out and he took his time, explaining everything concerning how the A/C worked, line set, etc. Then he gave me options but did not make me feel pressured but more knowledgeable. Once I decided to have his company Foulk’s A/C do the work they scheduled the day and time to do the installation, showed up on time, and did their job. Not to mention cleaning up along the way. A few days later the General Manager called to make sure I was satisfied."
