"The unit for my mother‘s home was purchased by me. The salesperson, DJ, was very informative. He actually came to my mother‘s home to complete maintenance on her two units. I had been advised last year that one of the units was going to have to be replaced because the unit was old and was having problems. I purchased a unit for my home last year from DJ and was very pleased with his explanations, the amount of time that he spent making sure I understood the purchase that I was making. Again, the same with this purchase, DJ made sure that I understood the process and the equipment that I was purchasing and went out of his way to make sure that I was completely satisfied with my decision. The gentlemen that came to install the unit at my mother‘s home was professional. They were there all day and made sure everything was running appropriately before they left. I was appreciative of them for completing the job, even though it took them late into the day to do so."
