"All the sales and technicians from Southern Air are prompt, professional, and courteous. I have been a customer for many years. Dustin has serviced our HVAC units in the past and the new unit was installed in just one day after requested. The HVAC team that installed my new Trane was fast, professional, and courteous as well. I have never used Southern Air plumbing before and kept putting off having the plumbing repair work done. I should have called sooner but Brennan and Casey were on top of the job. Brennan and his associate were fast and explained everything well on all my faucet fixes, so glad to have all my faucets working now. Casey and Brennan also came to install my new Tankless Water Heater and fix a particularly difficult tub faucet. From start to finish - I had 8-9 projects that needed to be completed and they fixed me up in just two days!!! FANTASTIC!! Laura and Derrick from the admin team also helped tremendously and made it happen that I was approved for my new HVAC unit and tankless water heater installation and had it rolled into one easy payment. Also, having maintenance scheduled and paid for ahead of time on the tankless will give me peace of mind for many years. I cannot say enough good things about all the teams from Southern Air taking care of this for me. :) This is an investment in my largest asset, my home, and we certainly LOVE the tankless water heater and new A/C. No more running out of hot water or sweating from an old unit. This is such a load off my mind having all this taken care of. I could say so much more, but I'd end up writing a novel!!!
