"I liked the lady I talked to when I called she asked what was happening with my furnace and had a great sense of humor. The technicians asked if I was running a humidifier and if I was using distilled water in it. That was the cause of a plugged furnace filter with white mineral. I had been checking the filter and it looked clean to me but learned it was not. Lesson learned and will be changing filter monthly! I am very happy with our furnace and central air conditioner as well as Schwantes! Thanks!
