"Les was knowledgeable, courteous, efficient, and flexible. I needed one water heater replaced, showed him another one that I was concerned about, and he was able to coordinate the installation of the two water heaters on the same day. While he was there, a polybutylene pipe burst, and he fixed it. He also replaced a frost-free sillcock valve without any prior notice. Poor guy didn't leave my home until after 6:30 pm.
