He went out of his way to help me find the right sink spigot to accommodate my small kitchen sink with an awkward counter backdrop that can easily prevent the handle from lifting all the way back. He also pointed out several cracks in the pipes underneath the sink, and subsequently, I had him replace those for me. Before he left, I had him change a rusty metallic-mesh waterline to the toilet in the bathroom.
