"I did a bunch of research on things that could be causing what I thought was my air unit to have a weird smell. I used google and all the positive reviews on it caused me to message Preferred! They responded within 24 hours and assured me they would be able to come out and take a look. Once they got here, they immediately knew it was something else. They still checked what I thought was the issue, but when they ruled that out, they got to work and had a plumber arrive within the hour. They took photos of all the issues and explained how they could fix it. Currently writing this a week later and super satisfied with the work they did and the timeliness! Highly recommended."
