"Chris went over and above and beyond to help us get this new toilet installed. When we ran into some problems with the bolts, they were leaking badly. Chris found a couple of much better bolts with the proper seals to remedy the issues of water leaking everywhere. He tried and succeeded for us not to have to go and get a new toilet at Home Depot.
