"The team (especially Seth during our initial conversation) LISTENED attentively to our need, which intently focused on inspecting and repairing my 97-year-old mother’s HVAC system. We used a competitor to initially check out the system, BUT THEIR ongoing lack of communication on follow-up to a service they provided led us to Natchez Heating and Air, since we have used your service repeatedly over the years. We used “the other company “ since they installed the system 13 years ago; however, their total lack of communication led us back to Natchez Heating and Air. You came ~2 hours after our call and gave a thorough description of the problem. We talked price, and us being a multiple-time repeat customer gave us an estimate that we could accept and were willing to change out the unit the next day. The team (Seth, Drake, and Blake) completed the job far faster than we expected and were synchronous in their non-stop work inside and outside the house. Seth came back every 90 minutes to check on and give updates, which was much appreciated. The team was truly courteous, and the clean up was immaculate!!! We will definitely continue to use Natchez Heating & Air, along with sharing our positive experience with our friends. You even offered to come by and install a temporary air conditioner during the 4 days before installation to ensure my 97-year-old mother would be comfortable leading up to the installation date. That was truly COOL in my book!!!!"
