"Mallory introduced herself, and I immediately knew I could trust her judgment and experience. She introduced her team member, Lindsay. They were scheduled for 8 am and pulled up at 7:30 am. I could tell they enjoyed the job and their relationship by the way they spoke to each other. What a professional and refreshing service. At the end of the install, only 5 hours later, and wonderful AC flowing, Mallory explained the thermostat. Even though it was the end of a long day for her, she was patient and courteous.
