"As always, it was a pleasure going through BRT. Erica is always so friendly and helpful in getting us service quickly. Patrick is also a great person to work with. My wife and I have grown to trust Patrick very much. We even recommended BRT to our elderly neighbor who needed a full duct system installed under her home. They treated her very well. Jorge and Jerard installed the AC unit. It was an all-day task, and then some. At the end, something went wrong, and the AC unit wouldn't work properly. They stayed and troubleshot the issue over and over and eventually fixed it (Likely a frayed wire inside a wall). I appreciate that they stayed late to ensure we got a perfectly running AC system. Both were very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable about their duties. They also took the time to explain things as they were doing them. I know it's only been ten months, and 3-4 interactions with BRT, but we've grown to trust them and have no reservations about recommending BRT to anyone."
