"We had a great experience with Abel doing our regular maintenance inspection for spring. He was knowledgeable and let us know the concerns. We had been crossing our fingers for the last year, holding off on unit replacement, but finally had to get a new unit. The crew came out the next day, consisting of Cole, Mark, Tomas, and Atah from Willard, working in conjunction with Coomes. They did an outstanding job. Kept everything clean, tidied up after themselves, were incredibly polite and knowledgeable about their equipment and their jobs. We haven’t had a nicer group of technicians and installers except for these gentlemen from Coomes and Willard working together. They checked everything to ensure it worked properly and instructed us in how to change out the new filter, operate the new thermostat, etc. Sorry this is long, but they did an impressive job. More companies could learn from their outstanding service!"
