"I’ve been using Brown for about a year now. They first came and serviced/repaired my old unit when it broke down. They were honest and upfront about the status of my unit. They stated it could probably run for a little longer with repairs, and it did. When the unit broke down again, they came out to fix it again. This time, the problem was more serious. The tech who came out gave me a quote to fix it, and their honest opinion. After having them come out for repairs and service, I trusted what they said and decided it was time to update/upgrade my unit. The process was incredibly simple; they explained everything to me in detail and made me feel comfortable with my decision. Once the tech arrived, he was very personable and made me feel comfortable with the change that was about to take place. During the installation, I asked him multiple questions, and he happily answered them. He seemed very knowledgeable about what he was doing and the steps to complete the process. Since the install, we have been so happy with the choice we made. The system has run flawlessly, and we couldn’t be happier. "
