At my request, he went into a comprehensive explanation of Trane systems compared to Carrier(the other manufacturer I was considering), explaining some of the key differences between the systems and how/why those differences could affect long-term performance.
Our installer, Giovavani, and his team did an amazing job. In order to install the system properly, he built a new foundation for the system to sit on rather than re-use the flimsy existing foundation. The difference in quality of installation between the original system and the new is astounding. Seeing the photos of the old vs the new system the difference is readily apparent. Given the cost and complexity of HVAC systems, I am confident that by choosing Champion, my system should perform as designed and have above-average longevity. The difference in comfort and air quality was immediately noticeable. "
